 IMARTI is a name of an Indian sweet dish. It's done with the batter of fine lentil flour and after frying its dipped in sugar syrup.its eaten  hot and cold both, quite a mouthful and sinfully delicious.decorated with crushed pistachio it's treat to eyes and mouth both ..:-)
