Buddhist Chant
A hand written piece picked from local Leh market. The sales man informed me that these chants are written by Buddhist monks living in different monestries and are very helpful while meditating. The chant written on it is in Laddakhi language . I picked it up on my last day in Leh. The chant written on it is : OM MANI PADME HUM meaning : that in dependence on the practice of a path which is an indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha "
